After I had my third child, I didn't like being fat. I was nursing her so I couldn't go on a diet. Instead, I got on the excercycle and rode five miles a day while she was sleeping. Those extra lbs. melted off of me very quickly. You are depressed. Think of all the things you could do to lift that depression. Exercise every day and forget about the fat. It's time to have an open discussion about sex with your husband.
